laser surgery for acne? does any one know how much lase cosmetic surgey that the dermatoglists do in offic cost for the treatment of acne and if insurence covers it or most of it

is cosmetic surgery a bad idea? I am tall, and good looking. in a well paid job, good education. Now, I want to improve my outlook. I have money to spend. I want to go for breast augmentation ( i am only 32B), new stem cell based, which moves tummy fat to bust. and want few more procedures like laser hair removal, and may be facial filler for better skin etc. is it a bad thinking? I have achieved a lot, and now i want to make myself happy by enhancing my looks. Yeh, I got divorced too , and think if I am better looking i can find someone more easily..But, what is wrong with this thinking?

sex change operations a fake, like cosmetic surgery? I read this comment recently, inplying that a sex change operation, in reality, is not what it implies. " Real sex change does not exist! A man will still have the inner personality of a man, and his body will not react the same way as a woman's body does to foreplay, relaxation, etc. Even if he takes away his body hair with laser, even if he takes in hormones to soften his muscles and to grow breasts (which by the way will be just fat, not real breasts with milk ducts inside) and even if he has his penis and scrotum cut off, and part of it re-arranged to resemble a vulva, and even it they create a hole in between his legs, it's not a real vagina that lubricates and has a G-spot, leads to a womb and ovaries,etc, Any comments on this, ?

One again, just checking....Has anyone had or knows someone who had a mini laser lift by Dr.? Abergel in Santa Monica, CA. or in Santa Barbara, I think? The cost is between 10 and 15 thousand and I hate to spend the money if it is something that won't last for at least 3 years. I'm afraid of a regular invasive face life. If anyone has time....type in Dr. Abergel on google or whatever and go up top to cosmetic surgery and scroll down to mini Laser Face lift (LML) You will notice that the skin is pulled up, but none is removed. The skin is repositioned. Anyone have any comments or thoughts on this procedure. Thank you Dianne Dr. Abergel is located in Santa Monica and Santa Barbara, just wanted to clear that up. Can some one please suggest any good ways to reduce dark circles? I hav dark circles under my eyes...........does any one have any remedy for it...........dont say go for laser treatment or thngs like cosmetic surgery........other than such options.........can any one really help????????

Would you go under the knife or laser? I was always one of those people when I was younger and said that plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery should only be done if a person was disfigured by an accident (fire, birth defect, etc.) until I got older and had 4 kids. I'm almost 36 and have fair skin that burns easily and everything shows up! I have a tiny constellation of moles on my right arm, some on my face, stomach and shoulders, I also have one little age/brown spot on my face and would love to have them ALL removed? If money wasn't the problem I would do it. I did a search and found a place in NY (too far away tho) that would cost $900. for one laser treatment area. My question is if you have had laser treatment for spots, moles or freckles and what they did for you and if you had good results? Some day I may get the nerve up to do a tummy tuck if anyone had an experience from that surgery, I would like to know how long the surgery was for you and recovery time? (I had gone through 2 c-sections before.)
