why is plastic surgery so wrong?

i have had plastic surgery(nose Job) for the reason that i hated my self it was all i ever thought about and i was depressed over it. i didnt get it done because i wanted to look prettier. so im sure there are other girls that go through with plastic surgery for the same reasons. soo now tell me please why is it so bad.?

its not natural
because it deprives you of your Natural God given beauty, it concels the real you, and natural is the best, if everyone were the same, life would be boring. how would you like it if your bf said that he loved your nose and that was the best part of your body he loved, and later on he found out it was fake?
i really dont think its bad so long as its done with good reason.. dont get ur boobs done in a D cup just because thats what u think all the guys like (Now THAT IS BAD) , but if its just somthing that my booste your confidence then i say its ok....
It's not really bad in itself - it is merely symptomatic of how superficial our society has become. It reflects negatively on ourselves and we don't like it.
it is not bad. it's only bad if the surgery turns out bad and ruins your face.
i don't think it's wrong *some girls are all like "you should love yourself for the way you are" but if everyday that is what you think about like that one flaw then i think you should get it done because then you'd be a happier person i'm getting my nose done in a couple years
plastic surgery is a Personal decision. What you choose to do with your body is your business. Personally, I choose to love myself just the way I am. There are certainly things that are not as wonderful as others but I love me, and therefore I love my imperfections as well. But again, that is a personal choice. Embrace your decision and don't give others the power to judge you.... :)
i dont think its bad. but i think some people would say it was bad because of the idea of changing the way you were "meant" to be. like, the way you were born or how god made you etc. but if people feel so bad about the way they look then to be honest if its making them feel better about themselves its not a bad thing.
I personally don't think that there is anything wrong with a little plastic surgery if it makes you feel better about yourself. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful! What I don't like is when people have massive amounts of plastic surgery to please others, or because no matter what operation they get, they still don't feel good about themselves, so they try another. Kudos for having the guts to admit stuff like that.
People think plastic surgery is wrong for many reasons. Even if you did it for the reason you did people think changing yourself is bad and a waste of money. Some religious people don't like it because god made you a certain way, and by having plastic surgery your changing yourself to something god didnt want you to be. Some people just plain think its wrong to change your physical appearance because it makes you look unnatural and not yourself. well i hope i helped =)
It's no really any different than putting on makeup, shaving, or getting a tattoo, except that certain plastic surgery procedures are a bit more dangerous. People will tell you that it is excessively vain. However, in our materialistic society, a girl's perceived beauty is her most important asset.
in my opinion its not bad if you do it for a legit reason. like you didnt like your nose and thought it was the only thing from preventing you from looking pretty, ther problem is with people who get plastic surgery over and over again and look really fake.
Because it is a waste of money when people don't necessarily like or dislike you on account of your looks. Anyway, what you are talking about is "Cosmetic Surgery. Plastic surgery medical treatment wound or accident that can help to reduce the impact of horrible scarring, and was developed especially after WWII to deal with wounded and disfigured soldiers. If you are not a soldier and if we are at war with people getting wounded and probably in need of a good plastic surgeon, and you tie up the hospital unnecessarily, it is wrong.
do what makes you happy...forget what everyone else thinks...
Personally I find nothing wrong with it. I am currently saving up for a nose job, actually. You only have one life, and you shouldn't have to go through it being depressed about your appearance. I am all for people getting plastic surgery for their own benefit.
for 1, it isn't natural. I don't think that it is really bad unless there is something drastic like boob implants. But if it is like a breast reduction that is causing someone pains and stuff, then that is a good plastic surgery.
it probably feels wrong to u ..b/c you got it done for all the wrong reasons ...not because you wanted to ..but because you thought the world would be more accepting ...plastic surgery helps many people .....and there are wost things to hate than a nose ...i.e. being fat..big ears ...fat head ...no boobs..flat ass ...warts ....no chin anyway you get it
I mean i would NEVER do it. Its the way god make us. beautifull in our own way.
It's good till if don't cause medical problems and leave marks that can be seen.
because u shd respect the way god has created u ! u changed urself ...meaning u changed god's gift ... and m sure u didnt look bad earlier ! u shd have respected the way u look ...
