botched plastic surgery ops abroad?

if people from the u.k travel to foreign countries for plastic surgery and it goes wrong..do you think the nhs in our country should be made to fix these botched ops..or should the people in question be made to pay themselves

1. damn right they should be made to pay. is this an actual news story?
2. They should be made to pay - but then again, you could say that about all self inflicted ailments or injuries needing NHS treatment - smoking, drinking, drugs, high risk sports - the list goes on.
3. vanity comes at a price.. i will grow old gracefully, drink lots of water.. use sunblock and a good moisturiser to keep the wrinkles away for as long as possible.. would never resort to plastic surgery..
4. They should pay themselves. It's not the job of the NHS to waste money it hasn't got on putting vain peoples problems right. They are told of the risks and so should be prepared for the consequences!
