For Anyone Who Has Had Plastic Surgery/Cosmetic Surgery....?

if the plastic surgery didn't go wrong drastically and pretty good or really good....did you have any phsychological problems afterward? did you feel guilty or ashamed or regretful ever or has it always felt like it was worth it and feels good because you look more how you want? i'm not asking this because i have anything against it...I just want to know if it can be like that and just make someone happier once it was done? or maybe it's not like that? :)

  1. Reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy - excellent choice, never regretted it. Next up, I want an upper blepharoplasty. Almost everyone who works with me at the plastic surgeon's office has had something done, and we all love it. Especially the gal who had super huge breast implants put in. She loves to show those babies off. Certainly some people get plastic surgery done for the wrong reasons. They're not going to be happy with anything.
  2. it's a big decision and a personal one. There's those who have had wonderful outcomes with it, but there's those who haven't. There's a risk involved, and if you feel it's worth it, then that's your personal decision. You can be spending your money on so many other worthwhile things, if it's mainly for cosmetic reasons (esp. breast augmentation) think of starving and sick people all over the world who are poor, while ppl are debating on buying a 10,000 dollar set of boobs. I don't know, it just irks me. But since you didn't specify what you are thinking of, it's hard to know what you are talking about. I personally had cosmetic surgery, but it was covered by insurance under medical reasons. I had to get my nose re-done because it had been broken many times and was a mess. I had it re-done and I am very happy with my results since my nose no longer has the bump and looks broken. However, if insurance didn't cover it, I never would have wasted the money.
