Problems of plastic surgery?

I am writing a persuasive essay on how plastic surgery should only be used when something really bad happens like there is an accident. I need some facts on some of the reasons like being put under might cause you to never wake up and how things can go wrong and stuff. Anything to give me ideas would be great. Thanks!

2. Because there are often complications and sometimes revisions are needed if people aren't happy with the results. It can end up you spend all your time persuing cosmetic surgery because you become obsessed or addicted to it. I know someone that's had 10 nose jobs because they wanted it to be PERFECT. To me that's going too far....no it wasn't Michael Jackson lol.
