What do you think about cosmetic surgery gone bad? or what do you think about it period.?

Gone bad very scary- Gone good not so bad. My girlfriend has 3 kids and spent 10K to get a tummy tuck and breast implants. She looks great but you can tell they are fake. I would go for the natural look if I was going to do it. To each their own though
plastic surgery can turn out great.. but their are ALOT of cases when it doesnt, when you look weird or just plastic. Personally I dont think its worth the risk. Like there are people out there having major surgeries that could save their life but were worried about lipo?
It's a personal choice really. If you feel that it will make you more confident in yourself then sure, go for it. But you should note that these things can sometimes go horribly wrong and you may not be 100% satisfied with the results. So take the time to weigh up the pros and cons before you make any decisions.
I think it is barbaric for the purposes of vanity. You may be diminishing what makes you unique as a human being. Diet and exercise should be the only way that you change your body for the sake of vanity. The exception to this would be physical defect (cleft palate) or abnormal occurence such as burn repair. Even then it should be done with careful consideration. In short, if you have a choice learn to love yourself as you are right now.
