Unnecessary cosmetic surgery Good or bad?

Again i need pros and cons what i meant as in "unnecessary" as in like its not life and death situation. u just want to get cosmetic surgery because u want to look like a celeb

1. Unnecessary bad...... PROS -raise self-esteem CONS -Expensive -It is not needed -Plastic surgeries can get messed up -Scars
2. Your question say it all "unecessary", why do it if is not necessary, a lost of money and unecessary health risk, for what? How long can the results last? a few years... until you get pregnant?....., until you start getting older?... , until you really get sick ?... until death ?..... I see more Bad than Good.
3. Necessary or unnecessary is in the eye of the surgical patient, not other people.
4. All cosmetic surgery is unnecessary. If it was necessary plastic surgery then it would be reconstructive. The only good I see from it is if you feel extremely good about yourself. When i mean exreme I mean extreme. But you want to look the same on the outside
