People that get cosmetic surgery are they ever satisfied with just being themselves?

I feel so sorry for anyone that thinks they have to live up to other peoples standards of beauty. do these people love themselves. I feel so bad about kanye wests mom, its a disgusting tragedy... I only agree with surgery if its like deformation, or bob reduction cuz it hurts their back, but for all those other people it really makes me feel like they are suicidal meaning they dont love themselves... is this true?

You don;t mean Mr. Bob don't ya!,you mean boobs or breast ,a co worker have a breast reduction because it is hurting her back, her boobs is super big like a papaya,now she is happy no backache and headache. I have seen women who have plastic surgery or face lift,it is not natural,for me it looks weird.
4. The standards of beauty made in Hollywood are what they are.... Though, breast reduction is often necessary when it cripples a woman. It's not a fun surgery; for all surgeries are dangerous...To increase is frivolous, I agree.
