If you had the money and the strong desire would you have cosmetic surgery?

In my dreams my big belly is sucked out and replaced with a sexy waist and if I had the money I would do it. I would take the risk and get the bags (not too bad now) under my eyes done, and no more, what about you - what would you change, or do you feel its unnatural and wrong.?

i would get breast implants only because mine arent all that big .. ( im pear shaped so i look unproportioned)
To each his own, but I can think of a long list of things I would rather do with that much money. Going on weight watchers or nutrasystem or joining a gym would help me look better too, and I would have some money left over to have fun with.
yes, nose. and i have no qualms admitting it. those who think its wrong/unnatural are probably on the winning team anyway.
I wouldn't do anything yet, but I don't have a single thing against it. And if I had the money, someday I just might have some botox or something.
-nose -get rid off all that fat maybe i would just get a stomach reduction and lose the weight bymyself...i think that would be better because when you get it sucked off then u might gain it back + i would love to have a skinnier face and see my collar bones and shoulder bones more and u cant really suck ALL the fat off right i wish i had the money...maybe ill get rich one day
I don't see that there is anything wrong with a person wanting to change something that they aren't comfortable with.If it will help someone to have A happier life, and a more productive life than they should go for it. if it's not financially unrealistic.
