Cosmetic Surgery: underage has greater effect?

People have side effects after cosmetic surgery.. but is it any worse when you are under 18? Is it scientifically proven that underage will have greater risk in their health? I would like sources of information too please!

1. Your still growing that is why they don't do cosmetic surgery usually under the age 18. Your skin and bones are still moving and growing. It would defeat the purposes of most surgeries.
