What type of plastic surgery would work best for me?

My photo is in the avatar and 360 profile. I don't know? It's what women don't like about my appearence. I'm 19 years old (almost 20)

4. You're too young. I don't think you need to change a thing. Men mature nicely with age. All you need is confidence and wait a few years; girls will be all over you. If there's anything you want to do to better your appearance, go to the gym, start working out, or running. Girls love healthy guys.

What I see from the super little picture does not seem bad at all, but I don't know what exactly disturbs you. Maybe the nose? anyway , you are a young person and should wait till you are completely grown up before making any changes at all.
10. I am a plastic surgeon in Houston and would STRONGLY caution you against plastic surgery at this stage in your life. I know this is not what you want to hear, but 22 years old is way too young for facial cosmetic surgery. Changes will be made to your face for better or worse that can do you much more harm than good. I would consider speaking to a therapist for help in understanding why you are having these feelings about your physical appearance. I wish you the best of luck
