3. the only surgery paris hilton needs is a lead injection just above her right ear using a .45 cal needle. shes the most vacuous untalented waste of space ever. shes tried acting singing etc and was crap she contributes nothing to the good of society in general which would be a redeeming factor but she does nothing.
