Are there any non-bias websites about "real experience" plastic surgery procedures? ?

My friend and I were really thinking about getting plastic surgery for graduation (buttocks augmentation). The only websites I see is advertisements, websites completely against plastic surgery, and these reality plastic surgery shows. I am just looking for a website or any resource that has realistic photos, testimonies, medical advice, side effects, and what to expect before and after on these procedures. Or if anyone has had buttocks augmentation or any plastic surgery if they enjoy the results or wish they would have never had it. I really want to do my research before I make such a drastic decision. Real, serious, intelligent, answers only please!! Thanks
