I used to know a site that allowed people to do this to see what their plastic surgeries would look like...Anyone know of a similar place?

13. the best substitute to photoshop is GIMP. AND ITS 120% FREE! I use it all the time. although i have to watch youtube tutorials to understand the layout O_O

15. I love photobucket. Yes- it's free. They've added a lot of cool features since I first signed up. LOTS! You can keep all your photos safe in albums (even if your computer crashes, they're still there) and there's a great editing section included. If you go with photobucket, just be sure to set your albums to private, otherwise all your pics become available to the public to see and use.
