Question about financing rhinoplasty?

I am saving up for rhinoplasty, which I will hopefully be getting in the summer of 2010. I won't be able to afford it in full, so I was wondering about financing options. First off, I am 18, and just barely starting to build credit. Will I be able to get a loan by next year if I have had good credit for a year? Also, if any of you have had plastic surgery and financed it, how hard was it to pay off? What were the payments like? Thanks!

1. go to doctors say yes.com and you'l get approved guranteed! but u have to pay a percentage depending on your credit before the surgery. my credit score was 542 when i got approved and i have to pay 50% before surgery.plus the down payment $1,800. and the consultation $200.
