3. I would have to go with Jocelyn Wildenstein...yeah Michael Jackson's nose falls off but at least his face doesn't look like a balloon. I know Michael Jackson over did the surgery and that is why he is the way he is as for Jocelyn Wildenstein she did the same thing.
