I've decided to get a boob job and a tummy tuck. does anyone have either? and how much its costs, and info on financing the surgeries? and what the results are like?

Most places do financing and generally the rates are really low. The results are really dependant on your expectations. Your plastic surgeon would be able to give you realistic expectations of the results. However, on that website (see below) if you search for doctors in your area, most have before and after photos (and dr ratings!) so you can have an idea of how good you think the doctor is.
