How much would it cost to have plastic surgery? I need my belly button reconstructed.?

I actually had my galbladder removed and I have a scar which has made my belly button into a sad face instead of a circle. I also want to know how much lipo runs, just a little for the little pooch on my tummy, and my breast are uneven, I have one that is a B and one that is a C. I want them both to be a B. I don't want implants. Let me know.
