How much does it cost to have your ears pinned back with surgery by a doctor?

I want to get my ears pinned back, but i need to get a price range on how much it would cost??? Where would i go to get this done??? How hard is it to do???? Need a lot of information=) thank you very much for any help any help for me on this one??????

1. You would have to call up a few that do that sort of thing and ask them.
2. The amount that a doctor told me was around 5000$ in Ontario Canada. If your under 16 then OHIP will pay for it if your family doctor gives you a referral to a ENT. (ear, nose , throat specialist).
