How can I find out a general estimate for how much arthroscopic knee surgery costs?

I have high deductibles and want to compare prices, but I can't seem to get any information until AFTER I've had the procedure. I just need to know an order of magnitude cost, not a precise estimate. I live in Pittsburgh, PA
