Im having jaw surgery done , in order to straighten my bite. how much does it cost? $$ has anyone ever had it? roughly give me prices?

1. My daughter had this surgery. Jaw surgery is not performed until the person first has braces and then not until the teeth are perfectly aligned. Once this is accomplished the orthodontist puts a surgical wire on the teeth that is used to hold the jaw in place. Cost $9000 for braces (depending on your area) Hospital Bill $25,000 Surgeon Bill $5000 My insurance paid for the hospital and surgeon but not the braces. Insurance wouldn't pay without first following all the steps having braces first.
