Do you feel that plastic surgery is unnatural and bad for you?

Alot of people that I see with plastic surgery really don't look that good. it's just unnatural and has to be harmful to you in some way. it just seems wrong for humans to want to alter thier natural bodies by artificial implants or chemicals, and surgeries. it looks fake. e.x. anyone ever see Meg Ryan or take Michael jackson.

5. actually it just depends on what you get and how you get it. i had a really big nose. there was a huge bump thing on the middle and the end was like a ball. i went to get a nose job, and i just told the doctor, i want it to look natural, like get rid of the stuff but i dont want people to really notice u know?. well i got it done part nose job part so i can breath out of my nose. IT LOOKS AWSOME!! its not fake at all! and like nobody has noticed except one person! now if i was to get boob implants or somthing like michael jackson then sure id be fake and different, but if you really have something wrong with your body, like say really big ears, you can get plastic surgery and still look completely norma and it boosts your esteem alot!
