And what do you think they've had done? I admire Terri Hatcher's coming forward with her abuse story, but she's fooling herself if she thinks we believe she's never had plastic surgery. How about Lisa Rinna's bursting upper lip? And MEg Ryan's terrible cheek implants? I've been watching 'The Tudors' on Showtime and british cutie Gabrielle Anwar looks like she's gotten her lips plumped up to massivev porportions. Ugh. I guess it's not enough to be pretty in Hollywood- you have to be perfect, and that is leading people (especially actresses) down the wrong path. How about you? Who (other than Michael Jackson...that's like shooting fish in a barrel!) would you nominate for worst plastic surgery? Painting P's, that's socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein, and yes, I think she is close to being the worst. I would nominate Joan Rivers...she looks like a scary monster. What bugs me though is that Meg Ryan and Melanie Grifffiths both looked awesome until the started getting the surgeries...now they look weird, like mannequins.

Well I was laughing my ass off when I saw Paula Abdul's boobs but now she's fixed them;another case is tara reid and her lipo nightmare...but she fixed that too....I really don't understand the point of plastic surgery, well not for these gals anyway-they're young and beautiful and they always want more...it seems extremely egoistic to me that they would spend money on looking ugly rather than help feed poor kids in Africa with the vast amount of money they have.
I really dislike Lisa Rinna's lips and Melanie Griffith's and Cher's, too. I never got that plumped lip thing anyway. And what's up with Pamela Sue Anderson getting boobs, getting them removed and getting them again. Silly. The two that amaze me the most are Joan Rivers and Priscilla Presley. Do they REALLY think they look good?!

I agree...Lisa Rinna's bee sting lips look terrible. I would have to say that Jessica Simpson's boob job is pretty bad. Then there's Pair Hilton's awful nose job. Michael Jackson wins, hands down!!!

Tara Reid's boobs are really bad. Apparently she recently came out talking about it since everyone saw the pictures of her boobs when her dress fell off her shoulder on the red carpet.
I can't believe no one has mentioned Tara Reid yet, OMG! Botched lipo, horrible boob job, cellulite and dimples (where there shouldn't be cellulite and dimples), orange tan...... I could keep going, but I think you get the idea :) ok i guess it took me too long to type this because i see some nominations for tara reid............ sorry!
There is a woman who is one of those "socialites" (I can't think of her name) but she is known as either the Cat lady or the Cat Woman (and I am not referring to either Ertha Kitt or Julie Newmar OR Lee Meriweather!) She shows up on those Entertainment news shows and she looks HORRENDOUS! But I agree that Donatella Versace looks DREADFUL and Meg Ryan and her ridiculous looking upper lip! How about Cher and HER mouth and cheeks?! YUCK! There was also the ex wife of actor Gig Young (can't think of her name either) who had done so many implants and botox injections that she eventually became paralyzed on one side of her face and then she passed away last year. She was also an attractive woman before getting all that crap done to her face and to see her face all hard from the injections and kind of just hanging there, it was so sad! She was not that old when she died! But I think Melanie Griffith should have gotten voice surgery rather than plastic surgery 'cus she looks SO fake now but her voice is STILL that high-pitch, annoying, squeaky whine that makes one just want to slap her!
Charles Bronson, Melanie Griffiths, Joan Rivers... they could star on a remake of The Raising of the Living Deads, without any make-up!

Mickey Roarke was once handsome, but during his boxing career resulted in severe facial injuries which required a number of operations to repair his damaged face. These plastic surgeries have left him looking like a Frankenstein Monster.
