I need to know the name of a classical piano piece!?

I don't have many details...only that it's just piano, no other instruments(at least i don't think so) it's very sad, and it comes out briefly in the new movie "The Women" in the part where Mary's(Meg Ryan) mom is recovering from plastic surgery in the fancy looking hospital...please help, I'm getting ultra-frustrated!
