Anyone had plastic surgery before for cosmetic reasons?

Okay well... I have moles on my back which I want removed even though they are diagnosed as non cancerous. I was just wondering has anyone voluntarily had cosmetic surgery? how much did you pay and was it worth the price?

1. There is a natural method for mole removal that you can do at home called DermaTend. That is how I removed mine. I had one removed surgically several years back and have a massive scar because of it. I removed 3 so far with dermatend and have none to minimal scarring. I even took before and after photos which you can see on my review site. You should get your moles checked but really, surgery for the removal option is NOT your best bet.
