5. Actually - most people don't have surgery to look better, they have it to feel better in themselves about how they look. There is a difference. If Michael Jackson is happy with his face, then he did the right thing having surgery regardless of other people opinions. He hated being black - it made him unhappy and therefore he decided to try and change it. That takes guts.
6. Jocelyne wilderstein is the worse, closely followed by Victoria Beckhams horrible tits and Michael Jacksons freaky face.
