  1. The lift usually comes with the reduction. I don't know about the lipo or butt augmentation. It is expensive but if you have good credit you can finance it. Also it is possible your health insurance might pay for the breast reduction.
  2. Well, it´s not McDonald's, so there's no "combo", you can't get the third job for free paying two, it's not how it works. If your breast size is too large and it's actually giving you pain, or other medical problem, you can try and see if your're insurance company will cover it, however, no cosmetic surgery is covered, and yes, to get a good job done is expensive.
  3. it will cost you an arm and a leg.
  4. Financing can be done through Care Credit: http://carecredit.com/ Breast reduction by its very nature involves a lift - it's part of the reduction. The butt/thigh procedures can be done together. I don't know if you'd want to do both the butt and breast procedures at the same time. Post-op, will you lie on your front or back? Both are going to hurt. I'd do one first, and then the other. Each procedure is going to run thousands of dollars. How many thousands depends a lot on where you live. Make sure you use a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Ask. If they're offended by the question, go elsewhere.
