how come botox or plastic surgery always goes wrong with celebrities?

1. it goes wrong with everyone
2. cause just because you pay more dosen't mean they know better than any other doctor.
3. it can and does go wrong with regular people, too only difference is that nobody is taking their picture, so nobody notices
