Should I give him a present for his birthday?

Ok, so my best friend likes this guy alot and he hates me and i hate him and i also think he is ugly. So i was thinking of giving him a certificate to getting 75% off plastic surgery because when the doctors saw his picture they would think that he was in a bad car crash and feel bad for him. I think this is hilarious so what do you guys think? but he wasnt actually in a car crash he is just so ugly omg TAYLOR SHANNON!!! a.k.a the first one who answered is WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! he is so ugly! and also for all of you who think i am being "so mean" i need to tell you that he told me that he has a life now and i am not in it.

If my friend did that it would hurt me, cause no matter how much u hate the guy, u have to put ur friend first,, she likes him, ur not the one looking at him or kissing him, she is, if they decide to go do the surgery they should do it together, or talk to ur friend first, n ask if she approves, then u can do it
