I am confused and want to know that if at any time i become rich enough to afford cosmetic surgeries, would I be able to get facial perfection via cosmetic surgeries?

1. perfection is an opinion.. so.. depends on who's opinion you are looking at..
2. Have you looked at any of them 50+ female celebrities? No way, they look disgusting. They might think they have maintained their youth but have merely made their internal ugliness now visible from the outside.
