Facial cosmetic surgery question... I'm serious, PLEASE HELP ME!? I am a healthy 31 year old woman with a serious problem. My cheeks are SO HOLLOW that people frequently ask me if I am seriously ill or accuse me of starving myself, when in fact I am of a perfectly healthy weight (I'm 5'4 and weigh about 110lbs). I get weird stares and even disgusted glances wherever I go, thanks to people who assume I am either on drugs or anorexic/bulemic. I need some kind of plastic surgery to help me look NORMAL. How much are cheek implants? I am BROKE but I want to know so that I can start saving. Also, are there any organizations that will help people like me? I am so sick of being thought of as something I'm not!!! To the first answerer, why the hell would I lie about basically being UGLY? LOL. Do you usually make up lies about looking like crap? Cause if I was going to lie, I'd say I was a supermodel!!! If a few random strangers looked at me funny here and there it wouldn't bother me. But it's constant. And it's getting old. I'd post a picture but I am so disgusted with my appearance that I don't need to hear everyone else tell me how crappy I look.

1. Cosmetic surgery is expensive and there aren't any organizations that will help with it since it's not a necessary procedure and not required to save your life. The surgery you want is optional. Your best bet is to go and set up a consultation with a plastic surgeon and find out exactly what he will charge you and start saving.
2. umm.. maybe you should not stress about what random people think about you without even knowing you and to whom youll probably never see you again .. does it really matter what they think? Shouldnt it only matter what your family and friends think and of course they know you arent anorexic or anything and of course they love you for who you are? I think plastic surgery is silly and surgery should be left to medical reasons like the poor babies with cleft lips and palates but whos families are too poor to give them surgery to fix it : ((( But thats just my opinion.. you can probably google "cosmetic face surgery <insert your city>" and stuff might come up...
3. 8 to 11 grand (depending on the surgeon). Unfortunatley there are no organizations to help people with cosmetic procedures.
4. I don't know how to help but I just wanted to say I understand because my face is so skinny. I hate it. My face is very long and thin and people always tell me "You need to eat something" but I am not underweight!!! It is just how my face is!!!!!!!!!! And it makes me want to punch them!!!!!!!! If you find a cheap way for plastic surgery please let me know because I need it to. I hate my face. Also I will get that f*cking blodes arschloch who was rude to you. 5. Ignore the people who are telling you not to do it because it's just other people's opinions. Everyone knows that we all care about what others say, that's why we take care of ourselves and care what we look like when we go out. If you don't like the way you look, why not change it? If your cheeks are gaunt, you may not want to get cheek implants because it would just make them look more hollow. Your best bet would be to have your cheeks injected with fat to fill them out, not to mention that it would be cheaper. Call around to local plastic surgery offices to figure out their pricing. Make sure you don't settle on someone just because they are cheap, plastic surgery isn't something you can easily go back on
6. Last winter my mother got cosmetic surgery and the results look really good so far. Where I live a there are certain plastic surgeons that are better than others.
