Can I get surgery to correct facial aysemmetry?

One side of my face is different.. My eye on the left side isn't as open as the left eye. My jaw and bone structure isn't the same either. Can cosmetic surgery fix this?

1. i dunno about the eye but you can have the bone sort of shaped..i think its quite popular in korea to do that (i got told that sorry if its wrong ^_^) but yer you should be able to.
