best cream/ surgery to reduce facial expressions?

I'm trying to reduce the appearance of facial (laugh) expressions around the nose-mouth area. They are very deep and I want to reduce the appearance of them. I also want to eliminate the blackness inside the lines. What is the best procedure to do this? Cream (which cream; name)? Cosmetic/ plastic surgery? If plastic surgery is the only option, what is this procedure called? For example rhinoplasty, etc. (yes I know this is for nose).
