what cosmetic surgeries do I need, and how much would it cost?

I got very bad facial assymetry. My lips are small and loopsided.m cross eyed as well. And yeah I am perfectly aware of what I look like so no negative comments please. 1. Dude, you look fine. The only thing I think you should do is get your eyebrows cleaned up. They're rather thick. Look, you're really young. You're face is going to change as you grow. Honestly, I don't see the whole lopsided thing. Just give yourself time to grow some.
2. You are still young and most young faces are asymmetrical, they usually even out as you get older. My son had one eye much lower than the other but it is fine now - his face has grown into itself. So please don't think of surgery yet. Your eyes are a little 'cross - eyed' but this could be what is called a 'stigmatism' and can be cured with excersises for the eye or glasses. Go and see your local doctor or optician and get their advice. You really do look ok, not many of us like ourselves when we are young!
3. dude, don't get any surgeries you look fine! Someday you will meet a girl who likes your face just how it is, and your face could be the reason she spotted you in the first place! Don't mess with what God gives you.
4. I don't see anything at all wrong with the way you look! Nor will anyone else who knows you and truly cares about you. Besides, no matter what any of us looks like, there will always be people who think someone else looks better. Save your money for something else. Again, there is nothing wrong with your looks!!!!
