Birthmark patch removal..laser..cosmetic surgery?? how to get rid of it!!!?

alright... i was born with this birthmark patch thing on my shoulder, and i lost alot of weight.. and now i can take my shirt off... but.... i have this HORRIBLY EMBARRESSING birthmark .......it is terrible.... i need to get rid of it ASAP!!!!... how???? I WAS going to call a plastic surgeon 2morrow about it.. but i dunno what to do...?? do i go to a surgeon??.... or a dermatologist???? i NEED ADVICE!!!...... 2 doctors have told me to leave it but i will not listen... i am not gunna be embaressed for the rest of my life... the extra weight was enough....... help!!!...

1. As someone who was unfortunate enough to get large, dark pigmentation patches on my face as an adult, I might be able to help. You will almost certainly have to pay to have it removed privately- I did. If it is a dark patch you can go for laser treatment, which will cost you in th region of £1000 in total for several treatments- It feels like a sudden zap and there is a very bright light. Your pigment will darken over the next few days and shed. I it is a port-wine type you might have to undergo different treatments. If you can't afford it, say to your doctor that it is itching and irritating you- they might remove it as a biobsy to check for cancer, but this will almost certainly leave a big scar instead.
2. you can get cancer from removing these stuff. But yes you can talk to a plastic surgeon. Or rap around the thing a piece of thread and it won't let the thing to get blood and it'll dry off. If it's flat call a surgeon or you can hide it with fundation. good luck
