I know about Cher, Michael Jackson, Ashley Tisdale plastic surgery, any other plastic surgeries gone wrong?

It seems like celebs who get plastic surgery NEVER turn out looking good. Can someone give me another example of a famous person with atrocious plastic surgery? A shocking picture would be good too, but if you can't find one, don't worry:) I am writing something on the ethics of plastic surgery.
