Do noses seem larger after the plastic surgeries?

I've had one but my nose looks larger than before... When do you think the results will show?

1. Depends on how long ago - you had surgery. It is bound to be swollen for awhile. If it continues, call your doctor with your concerns.
2. Yes they do, because of swelling. I just did a nose job 4 weeks ago and it is still swollen and appear larger. My friend did it in October and i saw her in January and i didn't notice that she did anything because of swelling it appear same or larger. But now her nose is so small and perfect. You need to give at least 1-2 months to see small difference and to give3-4 months to see a nice difference.
