How'd men convince women that burkas r good for them & dangerous silicone plastic surgery makes em look better

Millions and millions of women wear burkas willingly and subject themselves to life threatening plastic surgeries to make them look "better".

1. Because the women involved are not secure or smart enough to tell the men demanding this to kiss off. They are just easily manipulated sheep.
2. Gawd knows, but I know I prefer women who are uhm 'natural'. I also prefer to see women dressed normally, not covered up (kinda freaks me in a small way really lol).
3. No one's telling me to wear no damn burka; for one I have a horrendous fear of things going over my face. Here let me put it this way I won't let my own husband undress me because I'm afraid he'll pull my shirt straight over my head. Do you want to know how I undress; I pull out one arm, then the other and pull it over my head from the side. About that plastic surgery; the best medicine is prevention. Eat better, drink more water, and begin good health habits early in life.
4. A pink one might look nice... How about a green or blue one for the aesthetically challenged blokes .... ;-) When I think of plastic surgery I think of Michael Jackson
5. yeah rite..... tell that to "Jamia Hafsas" from Pakistan... they will probably beat u into a pulp....they r already attacking independent and educated woman in streets of Islamabad... and Karachi..and Lahore....they r almost the woman's wing of the terror groups...who have take up religious policing in the streets..... they hoards of burkas clad woman with staffs for weapons... who attack educated woman smoking in their cars through their door windows.... or for not covering up properly.... wait and see.. thass another Taliban Afghanistan in the the making.....
6. How is it men's fault that you get plastic surgery, which is hardly life threatening(ok, like 1 in 2 billion people die from it)? Burkas are there for religious reasons(false ones too, Muhammed never taught these things) If you let some guy convince you that you need plastic surgery, thats your problem, not his. Thats like murdering somebody and saying "well, he told me to do it!!" Doesn't work out very well.
7. They level the playing field for the women who were not born with 'ideal' looks.
8. Women would do anything if it would make them more attractive to men than the next girl.
9. Some women, haven't been convinced, they've been told they'd be thrown in jail or worse, if they didn't wear what women are suppose to wear, in their country. Granted, there are women who choose it. As far as silicone & plastic surgery, I wonder about the stats. I've never met anyone who had it done, it's not paid for by insurance, and it's expensive. Who can afford to have this done? I would never consider it because of risk, expense, and because it sounds dreadful. I would imagine someone would have to feel truly horrible about themselves to allow someone to cut them up. But I find it difficult to imagine feeling that bad about myself. I feel sorry for them.
