Cosmetic Surgery at the age of 15.?

No, i'm not getting cosmetic surgery at this time in my life. But yes, i'm 15, and yes I want cosmetic surgery. I want it done after I graduate highschool, so that will be 18-19 years of age. Is that so wrong of me to already want plastic surgery at this young of age? I feel really guilty changing the way my face looks, the face that God gave me. But, I really want to do it. I know, i'm stilling growing, and my features will change throughout the years, that is part of the reason why I am holding back. I am planning to remove some skin from my double eyelids, so it can enhance the look of my eyebrow bone. I am also looking for a nose job (not that much change too it, just more bone structure, and a more pointy and more bone, at the tip of my nose). I also want orthognathic surgery, which is surgery that adjusts your jaw. My jaw is very rounded and small. I would like to make it a square jaw, and align it with my nose, and extend it longer. How much would these surgeries cost anyways? Please don't leave comments like "accept yourself", "your too young" "nose jobs are too obvious", "it can go wrong" i've decided to have these surgeries, and I will not change my mind. I am determined to fufill my dream look diamonds - Wow, thank you for that. I had no idea. I thought it was just low-self esteem and what i've gone through in the past. Well, I guess that has something to do with it as well. It's just a bit confusing. I'm glad it's not me, and it's the disorder. I find it very painful, and I wish I was never this picky about my appreance. Sexy Vampiress - Thanks! I totally agree. I can careless if people think my face is fine, or perfect. Because, it's me that don't think it's fine or perfect, and i'm the one who will have to live with it till I die. Thanks! ★ℓeena; ℓσve. - It's actually not a double eyelid surgery I want. I have a double eyelid. I just want to remove the extra skin off my lid. As for the jaw, I don't think they necessarily have to reposition my jaw. I just wish my chin was more squared, long, and more masculine kind of look. It doesn't allign with my nose, or my lip.

  1. You need a confidence boost. Do not change your god given face. Someone will come to you, you need to be patient man. Give it time and not over analyze your bad benefits involving your face. Love and girls come at veru unexpected times b/c unless your changing your face for yourself, the problem you have is self esteem. just wait. you'll see. mine ppls. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AtR__SgmO5quGzyeRWjcEgbsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20090406200231AAdcY09
  2. I think you have body dysmorphic disorder - google it. Please don't - look at Michael Jackson - just don't.
  3. There is nothing wrong with wanting cosmetic surgery. We live in a time where if you don't like something about yourself, you can have it altered so that you do like it! Who cares what others think. You are the one who has to live with it in the end... do what makes you happy! I've known for years that I want breast implants. I do not like my chest the way it is and once I have the funds, I will change that. I don't care if others say my chest is fine. They don't have to live with it and they aren't the ones who are unhappy. Make sure you go to a good Doctor though, you do not want some bargain bin Surgeon who ruins your face!
  4. You want to enhance your eye brow bone? Seriously? Who thinks about that- Get help!
  5. You are wise to wait. .. better at 25-30 yrs old. Your face and body will continue to change through your teens and early 20's , and you may decide by then, that you don't need it. As for the ortho work, you may want to consult with an oral surgeon and get his/her input.
  6. Man im feelin ya on this one. I dont really have to worry about it because girls consider me cute and I get a lot of female attention, but if I was in your situation i might consider it (wait until your older your appearance might change as I was REALLY ugly in grade 7 and im REALLY cute now in grade 10 so wait it out trust me) Anyways you might not want to get all of those - just a nose job would be better. The jaw one sounds kinda risky - and please post a picture of yourself so I can give you an honest opinion if you need it or not, i wont lie bud. edit: lol i just realized how creepy that sounds "post a pic come on" but dont worry i aint a pedo lmao
  7. First off you need to make sure that you trust the company that you will be working on. Second, make sure that you have picture to show the company so they don't screw it up. If you want my personal opinion (which i know that you don't, but oh well), the only thing that you said that I have a problem with is the jaw thing. Sometimes, overpowerfully manly jaws are a turnoff, so please think twice because a doctor will probably screw that surgery up if you do not give them FULL details on what you want. Take that one calmly though, you don't want to be disappointed in the end, right? Finally, it will be very expensive, and don't do them all at once because they all have to heal, remember. 5K for the nose job. 2.5K for the double eyelid surgery, aka Asian blepharoplasty. 2K for the jaw surgery. Of all statistics, the jaw surgery is the most lifestyle-changing, as you cannot chew for up to around 6 months. The nose one is hard because you cannot breathe out of your nose for around 3 months. Finally, I don't know much about the eye one except that it isn't that bad. EDIT: I have a deviated septum caused from an accident when I was younger, so this summer, my parents are taking me to get nose surgery so that I can finally breathe normally. I've talked to the doctor about it and he said that it's not painful, but a lot of people complain about the healing process in the end. =/ I know that we are talking about two different surgeries, mine is medical and your's is cosmetic, but still, just a lil info for you, hopefully that helps in any way ahaha EDIT EDIT: Oh dang, I don't know about those ones, maybe the prices I gave you are about the same... not sure so don't trust me on that. But you can ALWAYS talk to a doctor and get the prices dropped to accomodate your needs. So don't think that those numbers are set in stone! Best of luck to you, and hopefully you are satisfied with your new face once it's all said and done [:
  8. No dont have surgery, you are too young
  9. look see how you feel if your older i want to get a nosejob to and a slightly less round face so i can sympathise. you should go for it if it make you happy because ull live with it and if u do look better its not a bad thing, theres nothing wrong with doing something if it boosts how you see yourself and makes you feel good but it can leave your skin pretty messed up when your older x
  10. I really would recommend waiting until you're in your mid twenties-early thirties. Not only does your body go through a lot of changes but your mind does too and you may have a completely different opinion about it by then. You will likely be more confident in your own skin, have a partner who loves you as you are etc! Please don't think to be attractive you have to be perfect. Imperfections are sexy! Try and work with what you've got to start off with! :)
