cosmetic surgery in Japan HELPP!?

I'm Chinese Canadian and my single eyelids are really loose and messed up...its a long story so I wont talk about it. Since I'm travelling to Japan for vacation this summer, I want to find a surgeon there that can help me and maybe get rid of the loose skin and make them double. How much will it cost around? I really need to know and where is the best place to go?
