Most Korean Celebrities had undergo PLASTIC SURGERY?

Well I've seen umpteen pictures of Korean celebrities when they were young. Seriously, they look so horrible! And the only way to change their physical appearance is PLASTIC SURGERY. Most of them underwent plastic surgery from head to toe! Why don't they stick to their own beauty? There are only few Koreans stick to it like Goo Hye Sun or Kim Hyun Joong. I'm so proud that there are only few Filipinos who had undergo cosmetic surgery.

2. hey hunnie... i agree with you...most of them have indeed gone through a plastic surgery... as the actors become old and when they face tough competitions....they become helpless and have to look beautiful and young....so they opt for plastic surgery.... i am happy that you are proud of the filipinos..... bye dear... 3. Obviously I won't deny that most Korean celebrities do get these surgeries. But some of them, when you look at the old photos, it's just a bad photo that makes them look like they had plastic surgery. I know a friend that lived in Canada - went to same school as both Stephanie and Jessica from Girl's Generation back in the days. Simply put, he showed me couple of photos with them and honestly, they are as 'pretty' as they are currently. Maybe they reduced slight weights in them, or they had their teeth fixed (which isn't considered surgery) but sometimes, it's just a bad photo that makes celebrities look like they had surgery. But most people think or assume they had surgery based on some photos before. But then again, like you or I know, most Korean celebrities do get surgery and they even admit it. Some definitely head to toe but others, simple nose job (Fly to the Sky Fany looked so different just by doing this) completely changes their face. Goo Hye Sun, Kim Hyun Joong, and in some ways - Lee Min Ho (Goo Joon Pyo) (or all the F4 as matter of fact) didn't get surgery so that's something and surprising lol. Most Idol group members from Kara, SS501, DBSK, SNSD (with exception from some in this group particularly), Wondergirls, Big Bang didn't get surgery. Look at Han Seung Yeon's (from Kara) old photos, Wondergirls Sohee etc. One celebrity that I like even though I'm a guy is Lee Seung Gi. Honest, modest and natural! Haha. edit - .:LOVE:. - I was kind of suspicious of Lee Min Ho! That's why I said 'in some ways'! But double eyed? I don't think so, looking at old Lee Min Ho's photo, he already had double eye lid. It's just the nose I guess? haha, and I agree with you wholeheartly about other stuff
4. Appearance and plastic surgery to enhance one's good money-making looks is near an obsession in Korea. Even the former President Noh MuHyun got it done. So what does that tell you? When I lived there, I found almost nobody cared about "inner beauty" or "soul" as I call it. So I was pretty disappointed with that aspect of life. One woman was so nutz with this idea of plastic surgery and self improvement that after she had her sugery she wasn't satisfied and began injecting her face with various substances until her head swelled up so much, she became knows as "Fan Face", SanPoongki Face. That was gross!!
5. i agree. although i love Koreans, the plastic surgery has GOT TO GO. notice that most (not all) female actors are not really pretty..they just look pretty because of plastic surgery. It's hard to find naturally pretty people there. and if some are pretty, they have plastic surgery SOMEWHERE to make themselves look "prettier". fake asses.. -.-
6. They didn't look horrible, they looked average. Plus, all the other asian countries has many celebrities that go under surgery. Not just Korea! It isn't nice to judge people because they had plastic surgery, its not our decision, its theirs. If they want to do it, let them. This can cause so much commotion in their lives and that's how some of them decide to do suicide because of all this plastic surgery weighing down on their shoulders. They are happy, that they look great, so we shouldn't be bringing in the past. If you are not Korean, I wouldn't pick on Korea or any other country. Heh, all around the world, people do have plastic surgery. *They are not fake a**** and at least they don't have a bad personality.
7. it is kinda sad how most ppl would want to get plastic surgery to look better.. but it is their decisions.. and not just koreans, every kind of race does it.. some ppl just aren't that lucky to be born a natural beauty.. like myself for instance.. hehe. but there are a lot of natural good looking ppl out there.. and it seems unfair at times.. but if they want plastic surgery done to look good.. it's not that big of a deal..
8. im korean and i admit that a lot of korean celebrities have gone through plastic surgery.. but its not like american celebs haven't. or filipino celebs haven't. they dont have plastic surgery from "head-to-toe", most of them just get double eyelid surgery, nose job, etc... just simple face surgeries.. they dont get a breast implant (or whatever thats called), boteux, liposuction, etc.... and besides, who cares, they look great. they dont end up looking scary.. they look better and the pictures you see on the internet arent the best pictures of them.. and to oliver b, i know that lee min ho (goo jun pyo) got surgery on his nose to remove the "bump" and i heard he got double eyelid surgery too korean celebs dont go overboard with plastic surgery though... im pretty sure they know their limits oh and btw, you said the ONLY way to change their physical appearance is plastic surgery, but i disagree with you some celebs lose weight... that really brings out their outer beauty ex: TOP from big bang, he was very chubby in his ms/hs years, but when he lost it all, look how handsome he got ^^ and another side note, i just want to say you make it feel like all koreans are ugly and we all need plastic surgery... well thats how i feel especially when you said you're so proud theres a few filipinos that have done surgery.. it js sounds like it to me :p
