How did Angelina Jolie change so much? plastic surgery or what? photo's?

angelina is amazingly beautiful but i was wondering how she looked so different from when she was a teen. 1. she has a crew of people doing her makeup, hair etc. and you also get more mature looking. she hasnt gotten surgery, from what i know
