Has anyone had lipo done to their tummy and love handles? How much was it & how was recovery? Was it worth it?

I'm thinking about liposuction to my tummy and love handles area in the Baltimore region. I had a c-section two years ago. My tummy isn't flabby or really big, just really loose. I really dont want a tummy tuck. Thank you for ANY info!!!!

Arre you talking about excess skin after weight loss or pregancy? if so - there are some great products available for this - I am from australia and i used something called emu oil and it cleared up and firmed my skin within 6 months - I was amazed - surgery should be a last resort for you. You can google: Emu oil Good Luck!
In the LA area, it costs around $5k, it takes about two to three weeks of recovery and it was worth it!!!!
If the SKIN is really loose in your abdominal area, liposuction is not the answer. All lipo does is remove fat deposits underneath your skin, it doesn’t tighten the skin. Depending on how loose the skin is, it looks like you might need a tummy tuck. It sounds like you might not need a full tummy tuck, but plastic surgeon’s can perform what’s being called a “mini-tummy tuck” or a lower abdominal skin excision, but even a mini involves an incision along the front pubic line.
