how long must i wait before taking a 12 hour flight after having liposuction on the buttocks?

want to fly to india to have this done but amworried about not being able to sit on my ass afterwards. any ideas?

1. That isn't your biggest worry. Please discuss this with your doctor. After surgery there is a danger of blood clots. In a long flight there is also an increased danger of blood clots, or DVTs. So you would have a double whammy. You must get medical advice on this, and please listen to it.

3. You will have to talk to your surgeon about this. It depends on how your surgery goes. Remember it's a 12 hour flight! You have to be able to sit. Also, you have to be cleared to fly for any other conditions/complications from your surgery. I would guess at least 2 weeks.
