how can i deal with fibrosis after liposuction?

i had liposuction 7 months ago......and now, i have some spots of my stomach with fibrosis....i gues is because i didnt have enough massage!!! can please someone help me with this???? what am supposed to do now???? can i fix it??? or is just to late to correct the fibrosis???

1. You can only fix it through more surgery. I have the same problem and ended up with 2 lumps, one on each side of my belly button. They look awful and I cant afford to get them fixed! One of the risks of lipo
