Liposuction after 3 pregnancies?

Has anyone had liposuction after having a baby..or 3?! I've had 3 babies in 3 and a half years and am now officially a train wreck! Just wondering about anyone else's experiences please, might help with making my decision. Thanks a lot! x

1. on jon and kate plus 8, kate had a tummy tuck! but then again, she had 8 kids, so i probably would've too.
2. I've not been pregnant yet, but my sister has had 2 children. She chose to work the weight off because she knew if she'd get liposuction she'd never keep it off. Took her about 6months. Then she got a tummy-tuck to remove the left-over fat, excess skin and stretch marks. Now she looks better than me >.<
