What to wash face with after surgery?

I'm having surgery on my nose next week (septum, turbinates, some sort of cartilidge graft) - once the cast comes off, what should I use to wash my face with? Yeah, i figured I would ask him, but all the websites I have seen said something very general...like a mild cleanser...thats all

1. Ask you doctor. This is a great place for opinions. Less valuable if you're looking for actual facts.
2. definately do what your doctor says, sometimes plain water and no soap at all may be in order., OR MAYBE no water at all!.........in the old days,(70's), Phisohex,(a liquid soap) was often reccomended for post-surgery things on other parts of the body,,,,,,,,BUT ASK YOUR DOCTOR
