Is there a surgery to make my face symmetrical?

Some spots on my face like my eyes are always different shapes and sizes. It's noticeable (people ask me about it) and I'm sick of up. Also one side of my lip curves in too. I can't put on makeup to fix it because it's too uneven. I've tried professional makeup artists and they can't fix it either. What's a surgery I can get to fix it? Don't say everyone has uneven faces. Give me real surgerical options only please.

1. I think your lips and cheeks and eyebrows can be fixed,but I never heard someone surgically fixed eyes to be proportionate...
2. ? Is your chin crooked? If your chin is crooked, it would make the rest of your face off. A girlfriend of mine had her jaw broke by doctors and reset to correct it. You would have to see an professional about this!
