1. You need to be more specific as to the procedure you are interested in. Some are minimally invasive with stitches hidden in hairlines and behind ears. You need to talk to a plastic surgeon (check his qualifications ) There is usually free consults. So, talk to a few. Some are more specialized in certain procedures ie breasts, noses, eyes etc. Gather information. Be able to make a informed decision. You will tell him what you are dissatisfied with and he will advise you as to what might be done. A good plastic surgeon is an artist. He has an eye for what will be best for you. The days of them actually just yanking up your entire face is been replaced with newer procedures. This is your face! Remember there are always possible problems, even with the best guys. There is risk of infection, some skins do not heal as well, some have adverse reactions to anesthesia. Make sure the doctor tells you of them. With the economy as it is, some doctors are advertising specials. Make sure your choice of doctors is based on skill( check with the Board of Plastic Surgeons) to see if he has had many complaints. If you choose to do this, be knowledgable. Some people inquire more about purchasing a car than choosing a surgeon. They are not all created equal. Good luck .
