Has anyone had plastic surgery on their face to remove a cyst or mole?

I need details about options for removing a benign mole from my cheek. My research so far shows that there is no method that doesn't involve some risk of scarring.

My cousin had some facial cysts removed and they turned out to be a lot bigger than expected. She had to have a fat transplant from her leg to her face to fill the hole. Considering all the pulling around she had the result was great. I know where the scar is and I can hardly see it. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't see it! Plastic surgeons can do an excellent job and scarring is minimised;
As for details not sure what your looking for , but i had a benign lump removed from under my right cheek close to my chin several yrs ago and for a few months there was some light scarring but shortly thereafter you could not tell and to this day it is not visible, had it done by a plastic surgeon who i would go back to if need be.. good luck but don't worry too much i think you'd be fine and happy about the results
Your research is right. There is no method to remove the mole that wont leave scarring. You can always try a plastic surgeon, they do that stuff all the time.
